Re: Red light district day count down
Let's hope developers and govt work to build a state-of-the-art red light district to attract more tourists here. The type that provide premium WL and service. I visualize an all under one roof building where the ground level have clinics and doctors to check the sexual health of customers before enter the premise for fun. The next level have massage parlors, then health center, then brothel, the night club, couples hotel, etc.

The whole paya lebar area will be developed in future plans, and 30 yr time even the air base - although a national defence priority - have to make way for creating prime land and $ for the elites. Not our worry though. We've had our fun by then. Cock cannot stand already by that time. |

Re: Red light district day count down
A van belonging to a security services provider drove by Lorong 16 Geylang towards the main road on an evening in early March. Seeing the van, a group of men who were gathering by the pavement dispersed immediately.
Minutes after the van drove off, some men from the same group began laying out makeshift tables. Another group emerged to take up positions near the tables. Wearing what appeared to be Bluetooth earpieces, the second group cast wary glances while speaking in Hokkien, as they guided punters into an area about the size of an HDB master bedroom. ----------------- That is never new, infact back into the 90s it was allreally there. A good thing is it is cheap fun for foreign workers, especially the blangah. Not everyone can afford MBS. However, all gamblers should practice "stop" if luck is not by his side. Meanwhile, the streetwalkers provide eye candies too. Sometimes, the girls also pull customers to play few games. Nothing much actually. |

If for any instances the government starts to promote red light district, various education and parents group will start protesting that its bad education, bad moral bla bla bla You can look at places like Pattaya any places that are prominent for their red light district, they will never promote their red light district as tourism spot nor build a "Red light district Hub / Building" due to the reason above |

Geylang will never close down, they will just being relocated if the gov really want to revamp the entire place up.
If not they will be prepare of facing the consequence of rising of sexual crimes, they also understand that everybody got their own needs. |

Land is so precious in that district. Not surprise there is plan to move red light to another place. May be there is plan for state of the art red-light floating district aka red-light Titanic, between Sands and Sentosa. These casino operators can ran the brothel, another welcome income to them. |
