If i am not wrong the pub you refer to is in jiu ba rd, there are pubs along these stretch..think one is known as Singapore 98...
And as for Lian Hua Rd is where alot of shopping to do.. and also the STY hanging around looking for their target.. you can get one at a good price...for ST....
