Actually, PRC are everywhere. I actually met some of them in Dubai, would you believe it? In Middle East, they appear in the KTVs serving Japanese and Koreans, then when I speak "PuTongHua" they get stunned.
Back to what you said, I guess, "Black dick or white dick, can fuck and earn money is a good dick" is applicable nowadays.
