you can ask Taxi Driver to take you there, it's nor far away from the Central City.
but it's depend where you stay in surabaya...
i can recommend u d best place near ur place
DOLLY or Njarak it's much like Singapore Geylang or Holland Red Light District
and you can find MOSTLY Melayu people here... but sometimes you can find Chinese-Melayu...
