There might be some local ladyboys that would accommodate you as you could arrange well in advance, but I'm not sure that Singapore is the kind of place where you would want to do that unless you've got some pretty deep pockets. This kind of thing in Thailand or Philippines and a few other countries around South East Asia, but Singapore is a bit pricey for that I would think. Others may have different views?
