women in their 40's and 50's usually belong to 2 extremes. either extremely horny and totally unabashed about it OR zero horny.

on average i find women in their 30's the horniest and also physically able to keep up. they also lose the paiseh-ness of youth. esp those already had a kid.

i had the same thing happen to me. then i went to do some research and did some training and keep a good diet and been shooting ropes since.
