Question Holiday Inn, Bangkok

Staying there for a biz trip soon...any idea of they offer massage services (with specials) in the room? If not, is there any massage place nearby that make house calls? How much should I expect to pay for ST/overnite?

Sorry for asking so many questions, couldn't find anything on this hotel in this forum...

Re: Holiday Inn, Bangkok

Hi

check if there's any massage shop in the hotel. if there is, just ask what is the last booking hour. go to the massage shop to look at the girls if you want to choose the girl and book her for service later. ask the girl when she in your room if she is willing to stay with you for the night, it's a non-direct way and polite way of asking for sex and she will reply the service hours - ST or LT and the service fee.

if not, at the front desk, ask for the yellow pages in english. if they dont have, check the Internet for thai massage or escort services, note down their contact numbers, numbers that start with 02 means that the shop has a land-based telephone line and the shop is based in Bkk. If not, it is likely to be other places than Bkk or mobile phones, just note them down and call them when you are in Bkk, ask if they send girls to hotel rooms for massage, they will tell you yes or no and the fees.

other than all these find-it-yourself checks, you can pay anyone to be your guide.

Hi

by the way, you can forget the Amari chain of hotels, they have in-house massage services but no sex. Amari chains from phuket to Trang to Bangkok to Chiang Mai all practise this policy.

Been to BKK and tried the escort... the prices start at 3000Batt which is about 120SGD and REMEMBER that if you are not satisfied with the girl, simply pay them 100Batt and ask them to leave. services there are usually for 2 hours and can only bonk once, but more if you are skilled in your persuation. hope this didnt come too late...

Re: Holiday Inn, Bangkok

If you're staying at the Holiday Inn in Silom, I would pay the US$20 or so and upgrade to the exec floor. This hotel has a very 70ish decor and looks its age inside (looks art deco from the outside with the porthole windows). I would also try to stay in the new(er) wing. I stayed here a year ago when it was the Crowne Plaza. I think it is not guest friendly - overheard some hotel guests being told that specifically. I would "dine" outside. I've not stayed here since the rebadge (it's still managed by intercontinental) because there are better hotels for the $$.
