Many agents from the property & insurance industries are now busy driving Uber / Grab to supplement their incomes that they got no time to service the clients.
And there are many experts from these fields lurking in this forum so he may not be wrong by asking in this forum. Some kind hearted uncle may decide to provide some enlightenment to his problem.

Aunty Lucy Income and Prudential are very bad paymasters when it comes to claims. Only clueless morons and the insane take up policies with them.

Re: What hospitalisation insurance are you using now?

My family members have Income and Prudential hosp plans (diff members diff co). Both co gave positive experience leh. No problem with claims.

Seem to remember MOH or CPF have claims stats on all co with hosp plans and links to website for premiums of plans.
Can ref those for guides.

Yes, it does feel kind of weird to answer such question in a sex forum...

Key word is supplement.
If agents are soooo busy ubering instead of their actual jobs, then it's time to look for new agent

As mentioned by others, time to look for another agent. If desperate, send an email to the insurance company, definitely they will keep in contact with u.
