I bet there are some existing FLs in NUS or those type where they are willing to be FLs. Reason being is they would need money to pay their school fees and allowances for them to live on for the weeks/months/years. I used to know of a girl who was studying there and working as a freelancer in the evenings but too bad, she has changed her number and i cant find her anymore.

I remember seeing a local okt pushing university girls leh. Maybe u can go up to him and try your luck TS?

Are you a student staying in halls? Why must pay for NUS FLs? This is the best time to get to know gals. Try to participate in hall activities and get the gals to know you. Who knows, you might get free bonks soon enough.

You have not done your research, some of the OKTs on SBF do have local uni girls. Its all about $$$$$. I had a couple last year, they were nice and knowledgeable, England also very powerful.

But if you are really a student, then you have ample target audience and opportunities everyday , so go practice your skills and get a free fuck. If you are an ugly looking fat kid like me when I was in uni or a spoilt rich kid whose parents just shower you with money to make up for thier absence in bringing you up - be my guest, try the OKTs, I am sure they would like your business so long as you play by industry rules
