Games and chit chat don't really need. As the event on going, people will chat among themselves during rest time. 3 hours session will be just nice, not too rush or little time for everyone. Acohol drinks a few bottles will do, as not all will be drinker or able to fk well after they getting drunk. Having fast food as a good meal before the event start will be great.
