My dear PM,

There is no hard and fast rule to winning a girl's heart, there is also no confirmed, chop stamp sure win method or tactic. If you look like your wife, whatever tactic also won't win the heart of the girl, probably get a few letters of restraining orders.

Before you do any of the tactics ddog has suggested(which are good btw). Please make sure you carry yourself well.
Stand up straight, speak up and smile. Don't be a creepy ass.
Because that staring thing, does sound abit creepy if you have to ask for our views. Gives me the impression you've been caught more than once, and you don't know how to deflect or convert it to a winning situation.

Do us all a favor and ask her out, if dinner is too pressurizing then try for lunch, "I saw this new place nearby, wanna go try it out? My treat"

Doesn't have to be alone, if she wants to grab a friend then so be it, let her. But pay for all of them, women hate to admit it, but deep down, a male with deeper pockets subconsciously looks more attractive.
